Yesterday, I had spoken with my Insurance Advisor on tax planning for the forthcoming financial year over phone. He had promised to comeover to my office to meet and did right on time.
I had given the details, with in a few minutes he had analyzed and presented a couple of plans (as per my requirement) and highlighted pros and cons of each plan.
Whilst presenting, his ability to bring out minute informations that were provided to him over a couple of years around my bank details, other investments, envisaged plans on investment, personal notes, etcetra was just mind blowing – Importaintly, knowing that I am not his only-customer, his ability to make me feel that way!
May be he is not aware of the jargon ‘customer-centric business management’, albeit thats the only way he functions.
