Wakkup, Indian

A couple of days ago, after a long time I had to fly Indian (erstwhile Indian Airlines) to
Delhi. Owing to inadequate time I did not have the choice of other (comfortable) airlines for my onward journey.

In spite of the heavy competition in Indian sky and despite of the awareness quotient on new neighbors eating up their slice of the pie, Indian has not done anything to improve its quality – Seats are broken, food stinks, crew members are suffering from perennial PMS problem and pilots are busy finishing their duty at ST bus service before entering the cockpit.

It’s quite sad to watch this game of euthanasia that government has subscribed to as far as Indian Airlines is concerned. There is no discernible sign of improvement whatsoever. Hon. Minister Praful Patel uncorking the new orange bottle filled with stale/stinking wine is a sure futile (Re)opening line.

There is so much of noise about Airport privatization; One just can’t figure as to why something cannot be done to revive this poor Airliner? This particular ministry has to wakeup soon and do something before the coffin is made.

IC is (Not) dead (Yet). Nevertheless, Long live IC…
